Brett just got back from Korea, so they were both still in the super cuddly stage. Which was a good thing, since it turned out to be a very cold day.
They are getting married on a beach in Mexico so they wanted to get their engagement photos done in Phoenix. He loves his Harley so it had to be in a few of the photos.

They had a small intimate wedding in her parents backyard. I saw the backyard before any work was done on it and let me tell you they turned an ordinary Arizona backyard into an autumn wonderland! Her wedding dress was a gorgeous crocheted Ann Taylor dress, loved it!

The theme of their wedding was lemons and lemonade with a little roller derby lingo mixed in as well. They gave each of their guests a mason jar with a picture and all of the ingredients to make lemonade with, such a cute idea. She named her tables with derby sayings and with her derby team name as well. Lots of laughing and joking around going on at this wedding!

I love the pink and orange colors for this wedding! Melissa surprised Jon with a groom’s cake that had a Macayo’s theme since he loves Macayo’s. They set up a cute candy bar with quotes on all of the tags, they even brought in a special candy from Pittsburgh.
